disability

To help disabled visitors make the most of their visit, the Jardin d'Acclimatation offers preferential rates and easy access.
Admission to the park is free for disabled visitors and their companions.
Access to the attractions is subject to a charge. They must be in possession of an attractions ticket or an unlimited pass. Their companion will enjoy free access.
Free admission for disabled persons and their companions does not apply to shows in the Théâtre Rouge. To access shows, disabled persons and their companions must present a valid admission ticket (tickets, unlimited pass, etc.) at the rate displayed by the Jardin d'Acclimatation.
Access to the park
Disabled people and their companions, aged 16 and over, have free access to the park (excluding attractions) on presentation of proof* at the entrances.
They must carry a valid ticket, available online and at the ticket desks.
If PSH wish to enjoy the attractions during their visit, they can request a “PSH Access” wristband at the ticket office, which will allow them easier access to the attractions.
We do not have priority checkouts at our catering outlets.
Access to attractions
To access attractions, the PSH must have an unlimited pass or an attractions ticket.
For safety reasons, it is strongly recommended that they be accompanied on the rides.
The PSH must present her “Accès PSH” bracelet, to benefit from easier access for her, her companion and two additional people. This bracelet also gives free access to the companion, who must be aged 16 or over.
Attractions are accessible to people wearing a “PSH Access” wristband and their companions via the exits. Signs to this effect are posted on each of our attractions.
“Accès PSH” wristband
An “Accès PSH” bracelet will be given to you at the ticket office, on presentation of proof of identity*.
This bracelet is personal, non-transferable and valid only on the day of your visit. It must be worn on your wrist for the duration of your visit, and must be presented to staff operating the attractions before each boarding.
If the wristband is removed, torn off or lost, it cannot be replaced.
This wristband is not a means of payment. Only the companion of the person wearing the “Accès PSH” wristband will benefit from free access to the attraction.
If the person wearing the “Accès PSH” wristband does not use the attraction, their companions will have to wait in line. This bracelet does not allow the wearer and his/her companions to choose seats on board the boats.
The role of the attendant
Companions play a vital role in accompanying visitors wearing the bracelet.
Escorts must not be disabled, must be at least 16 years old and must be able to help the wristband wearer.
Our employees are not authorized to provide physical assistance to visitors. It is therefore the responsibility of the accompanying person to physically help the wristband wearer.
* Only the original of a valid disability or priority mobility card (CMI).
