Children aged 12 and over can come alone to the Jardin d'Acclimatation.
Until they reach the age of majority, children remain under the responsibility of their parents and we strongly recommend that they be accompanied by one or more adults.
In order to benefit from access conditions adapted to people with disabilities, you must be in possession of a valid mobility and inclusion card, mentioning disability or priority. Upon presentation of this card, you and any person accompanying you, who must be 16 years of age or older, will be given rapid access to the Garden through a priority checkout. For the attractions, you will be given an "Easy Passage" bracelet, giving priority access to them for you, your companion and two additional people. For more information, go to HSP Accessibility.
Pregnant women, and those accompanying them, have quick access to the park at each of its three entrances through a priority checkout.
The attractions are not accessible to pregnant women except for the Little Train.
Pregnant women can enjoy the other activities of the park (walks, animals, shows...).
Only guide dogs are allowed in the Jardin d'Acclimatation.
Other animals are not allowed in the park.
Young children's bicycles with stabilizers, scooters and three-wheeled scooters are allowed in the park.
However, in order to allow everyone to visit the Garden safely and quietly, adult bicycles, children's bicycles without stabilizers, scooters, skateboards and rollerblades are not allowed.
The Jardin d'Acclimatation is a leisure and amusement park with mainly outdoor activities. The number of visitors is largely dependent on the weather.
The days when the attendance is the highest are often weekends, vacations and public holidays, from March to September.

You can choose between public transport (Metro Line 1, RER C, bus), bicycle, car or the Petit Train du Jardin d'Acclimatation which allows you direct access to the park from Porte Maillot, through which Eole and the tramway will soon pass.

You can park near the Jardin d'Acclimatation, in the Bois de Boulogne or in Neuilly-sur-Seine, with rates adapted according to the days of the week.
Parking is free on Sundays and public holidays in the Bois de Boulogne.
There are two parking lots near the park, one 400 meters from the Saint-James entrance in Neuilly-sur-Seine, avenue de Madrid, and the other 500 meters from the main entrance to the Sablons crossroads, avenue Charles de Gaulle, also in Neuilly-sur-Seine.
